George Lutz, Esquire
Mr. Lutz is a shareholder with Hartman, Valeriano, Magovern & Lutz, P.C., with offices in Wyomissing and Allentown, Pennsylvania.
He concentrates his practice in consumer and commercial bankruptcy in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and commercial litigation in the state and federal courts.
He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering (Civil) degrees from Cornell University in 1978 and 1979, respectively. From 1979 to 1983 he was a researcher and union organizer with the AFL-CIO’s national headquarters in Washington, DC. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1986.
