With over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution, Dayana brings expertise in workforce development, employee relations, and building inclusive, high-performing cultures. Her leadership is grounded in a servant leadership approach and a commitment to creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive.

Dayana serves as Vice Chair of the Board for the Berks Latino Workforce Development Corporation, where she supports initiatives that expand access to career pathways, strengthen community partnerships, and elevate the voice of the Latino workforce.

Originally from Ecuador and raised in New York City, Dayana holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology from CUNY. Her background and studies have shaped her deep passion for community, meaningful impact, and the importance of embracing differences—fostering respect, inclusion, and strong, connected communities in every space she serves.
