Our focus is on education and workforce development that leads to household self-sufficiency. When a family is able to be self-sufficient, they rise out of the cycle of poverty, empowering generations onward and enriching the fabric of our communities.
Tec Centro Workforce Network is a coalition of community advocates, public officials, philanthropic leaders, and business professionals. The collective goal is to establish community-based bilingual workforce centers to serve populations that are disproportionately disadvantaged. Currently, six centers are located across five counties including Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and York, focusing on areas with a heavy concentration of residents who face barriers related to bilingual education, skills training, and job placement. In working to address and break down these barriers proactively, the network provides the tools and opportunities for a way out of poverty. Learn more by visiting teccentroregionalnetwork.com.
